1950?	Rebranding to: Maxim's Restaurant, Houston, Texas (USA), 3755 Richmond at Timmons by Camille Bermann (from Mersch / Luxembourg)

1954	Camille Bermann bought into a Hill Country resort near Hunt that was named for him - Villa Camille. It was popular for a decade and had personalities such as Mickey Mantle as guests. Today it is La Hacienda Treatment Center.

1981	Maxim's Restaurant New address: Greenway Plaza

1991	Death of Camille Bermann Ronnie Bermann, son of Camille Bermann
