1993	Après l’éclatement d’UNIMETAL: Usine de Neuves-Maisons devient SAM (Société des Aciers d'armature du béton) STUL - Société du Train Universel de Longwy S.A. devient ProfilARBED

1.1.1994	Fondation de Sogerail par Unimétal

1999	Reprise d'Unimétal (produits longs), filiale d'USINOR, par ISPAT
